Chapter 1919 partners with Trinity Oaks to identify veterans that may benefit. Trinity Oaks uses hunting, fishing, and outdoor activities to give back and make a difference in the lives of others. Trinity Oaks offers these opportunities to help veterans adapt to life back home through activities spending time outdoors.

ALL Purple Heart Recipients who want to hunt, fish, GUIDE AND OR ASSIST VETERANS  with TRINITY OAKS, MUST fill out an online application. This way we will have your contact info as well as info on their military history.  As you know, we have some events that are for all veterans and sometimes family members, but other events are for Combat Served veterans and Purple Heart recipients.  I (Gary Renick) am the keeper of the records for the applications and keep all of them on an excel spreadsheet by geographic area where each of you reside.  This allows us flexibility when we have events in a particular area as well as our ability to equally spread out the hunts amongst the applicants to be fair.
